  • SA companies are still focusing on the traditional, silo-based areas of their supply chains for cost and service advantage.
  • Companies rated their supply chain responsiveness highly, but one third of their capital is applied to acquiring and holding inventory.
  • Some 63% of respondents only improve their supply chains when they encounter a problem.
