In March 2008, Barloworld Logistics strategically acquired Dubai-based Swift Freight International LLC, together with its affiliates in Hong Kong (Flynt International) and Düsseldorf (S.A.T.) to form Barloworld Logistics Freight Management and Services, which is headed by Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Frank Courtney.
